We developed a new website from the ground up, including sitemap development, UX, UI and website development, with accessibility considered throughout the project in line with WCAG 2.2 AA principles. A new digital design system and reusable module library created greater consistency while making it easier for the Wallara team to manage and expand the site. The writing and imagery were developed with a stronger focus on the people Wallara supports, bringing a more human dimension to the brand while clearer user journeys and navigation made information easier to access. The website forms part of our broader digital partnership with Wallara, alongside Google Ad Grant management, paid social campaigns and ongoing technical, accessibility and compliance support.

Wallara now has a modern, accessible digital presence that better represents its brand and puts the people it supports at the centre of the experience. Clearer navigation makes services and information easier to find, while the flexible design system makes the website easier for the internal team to manage and grow. Combined with ongoing digital marketing and technical support, the new website provides Wallara with a stronger platform for connecting people with its services and supporting the organisation's continued growth.
